All chamber members now have access to Accident and Cancer plans through their North Country Chamber of Commerce. AFLAC benefits will pay you for visits to the doctor or ER because of an accident, annual cancer screenings and so much more!
We are offering 2 different levels of accident policies and 2 cancer plans. Rates are monthly and you can cover yourself or your entire family.

You must have a health insurance plan to enroll in AFLAC plans.
