        Mr. Malo is currently employed by CHA (www.chacompanies.com) in the Albany, NY office and is responsible for managing their health and safety services technical group.  Mr. Malo’s primary capacity is to assure accurate, informative and compliant health and safety training to the diverse group of clientele.  He has over 15-years of experience developing and facilitating various safety and health training programs for clients such as: General Electric (Corporate Trainer), US Dept. of Energy, Global Foundries, NYS- Dept. of Environmental Conservation, and many more…

        This one day course provides information on identifying, evaluating and preventing exposures to fall hazards.  The goal of the course is to provide small business owners, trainers, foremen and employees with information on recognizing potential fall hazards at their work sites and to suggest ways to avoid, minimize, control and prevent these hazards whenever possible. The course focuses on falls to a lower level rather than falls resulting from slips and trips. Topics include identifying fall hazards, analyzing fall hazards, and an introduction of various fall protection systems.  This class is excellent for the employee responsible for managing a safety plan or designated as “Competent Person”.
