LEAN LEADERSHIP OVERVIEW


**CITEC is offering the Lean Leadership program for North Country firms through a partnership with
the North Country Chamber of Commerce for $1,495 per person
.**

For true success, an enterprise needs to not only create internal Lean capability from the ground up but also develop the critical leadership to build that success from the top down.

This incredibly important series focuses on the leadership of a Lean journey for a company.

Program content is ideally suited for anyone who directs the work of others and will focus on managing implementation, engaging all levels of stakeholders and measuring / accountability.

Overview
Further develop your capabilities to lead a successful Lean transformation by understanding and strategically applying Lean in your organization. Topics are taught through a combination of instruction, case studies and simulations.  With the demanding schedules of our participants in mind, sessions are offered as half-day workshops. Coaching support helps you connect the lessons you learn in the sessions with current efforts at your facility or in collaboration with your attendees in other Lean certification programs.

Each session begins with breakfast/networking at 7:30 AM, Lean Leadership program from 8 AM to 12 PM,
followed by a networking lunch.

* Additional important program notes:

  • Participants must commit to attend all sessions, be active participants in every class and complete assignments to achieve certification of completion.
  • Attendance for each session is mandatory. A limited number of in-plant make-up sessions may be provided for an additional fee.
  • Companies will still be responsible for the full training costs should participants withdraw during the series.

Materials:
Each participant in the Lean Leadership program will receive:

  • Binder with all course presentation materials
  • Networking lunch at the completion of each session
  • Creating a Lean Culture: Tools to Sustain Lean Conversions book by David Mann

Cost:
This is the only leadership-level program offered in Northern New York that will provide the principles required to drive Lean implementation to maximize operational efficiency and increase profit. Offered elsewhere for $15,000 plus travel costs, CITEC is offering the Lean Leadership program for North Country firms through a partnership with the North Country Chamber of Commerce for $1,495 per person.
