Ms. Kelleher is a member of the law firm Stafford, Piller, Murnane, Plimpton, Kelleher & Trombley, PLLC who focuses on labor and employment matters. Ms. Kelleher advises clients regarding state and federal employment law, public employees, labor relations and collective bargaining, hiring, separation and many other areas of employment law. Ms. Kelleher also represents institutional health care clients on various matters, including mental health law, policies, compliance, and state and federal regulatory issues. The FMLA requires that covered employers provide up to twelve weeks of unpaid leave to employees in specified circumstances. Oftentimes, employers have difficulty identifying whether a particular leave event is covered by FMLA, especially when a serious health condition is involved.
